Creamy Mutter Mushroom

This is a very delicious and rich dish.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 medium size onions
    • 4 tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup yogurt
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1/2 kg mushroom
    • 1 cup mutter (green peas)
    • salt to taste
    • a pinch of turmeric
    • 3/4 sp red chilli powder
    • 10 sprigs of cilantro
    • 2 tbsp fresh cream

    Directions

    1. Deep fry the sliced onions till medium brown and then grind it to a paste along with yogurt.
    2. Now boil the tomatoes and then blanche it and grind it.
    3. Take a pan, put oil in it and then add above tomato puree and cook it till oil seprates.
    4. Now add ginger-galic paste and onion-yogurt paste and put salt, red chilli powder and tumeric powder and fry it for a couple of minutes.
    5. Add boiled mushroom and boiled mutter and fry it with the gravy for 5 min. Add fresh cream and fry.
    6. Now add 1/2 cup of water and let it cook till oil comes over the surface.
    7. Garnish with fresh cream and cilantro and serve.
