Cheesy Corn Spinach

A lovely way to serve the Greens to your kids .!! very simple and quick . takes 20 minutes ..

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 200 grams sweet corn or Corn
    • 1 bunch spinach leaves (chopped)
    • Salt to taste
    • 100 gram Cheddar cheese.(grated)
    • 5 gram freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 3- 4 green chillies chopped, and 4- 7 garlic flakes (both optional)

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in pan, and saute garlic.
    2. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and green chillies
    3. Add corn and mix well.
    4. After the corn becomes tender, add the chopped spinach and cook till spinach is reduced to a small size.
    5. Add pepper to it and mix well.
    6. Add the grated cheese to corn and spinach and let it melt. Turn off gas burner.
    7. Roll in chapati or rumaali roti if u want. or else you can simply have it as ROTI AND SABZI.
    8. Serve with ketchup .
