Dear shweta and anantha, u can follow the tip of mr shah and also can increase the quantity of milk u can use 8 tbsp instead of 4 tbsp. anantha as i have mentioned in 1st direction that after mixing all ingreadiants for cutlets u have to mix them and make cutlets(just give the shape of kababs) and then make a better and dip them and then fry. thx salma

when to make cutlet and dip let me know? then only fry comes.

    Mr Shah

Hi Shweta, I think cornflour itself is a binding agent so being a vegetarian you can eliminate eggs. it should come out as crispy with cornflour. mr shah

Hey Salma, many thanks for the nice recipe. Meanwhile, being a vegetarian, I have a question to ask, that, is it O.K if I do not make use of Eggs. You can kindly suggest me some other alternative as well, incase if you think substitution of Egg is a must in the preparation of cutlets. Thanks once again, Shweta Shetty.
