A perfect tea for a chilly morning or a rainy day

Ingredients vegetarian 20 servings


    • 100 grams dry ginger pwd (saunth)
    • 50 grams black pepper Less if you don t like it hot
    • 50 grams cinnamon
    • 25 grams cardamom
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg pwd

    Directions

    1. Grind them all together.
    2. There is no need to remove skin of cardamom
    3. For a cup of tea, take 50/50 water and milk, add 1tsp sugar and a pinch of masala, boil and add tea leaves
