moong dal bhaji

Serves 4 people

its a simple recipe for who loves snacks to eat

Ingredients


  • 2 Cups  Moong Dal
  • 4 no. Green chilli (for grinding)
  • 10 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tsp.     zeera
  • ½ tsp. Fennel seeds(barishop)
  • 2 no. Onions
  • 3tbsp. Coriander leaves
  • 3 no.Green chillies (chopped and to put it in the mixture)
  • 1 tsp. Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp.Oil(for frying)

Directions

  1. Soak the dal for 4hrs
  2. Then grind the dal and also grind zeera, garlic, fennel ,chillies & 1onion.
  3. Mix the ground dal with the above ground masala.
  4. Now cut coriander chop chillies and 1 remaining onion and add them to the mixture.
  5. Add turmeric in it and mix it well.
  6. Make round bhajis and fry it in shallow oil.
  7. Its ready to eat.
