Mughlai Chops

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    1 lb ribs with meat (chopped) 2 tsps cumin powder 1/4 tsps big cardamoms 1/4 tsp nutmeg 3 green cardamoms 1/8 tsp mace 1/2 cup curd salt to taste Ghee for deep frying(very shallow ghee)


    1. Cook the meat with ribs till 3/4 tender.
    2. Grind all the spices finely with a little water(6tsp) and mix it in curd.
    3. Soak the ribs with salt into curd for 25 minutes.
    4. Then fry it in ghee till golden brown.
    5. Serve with chutney.
