fish with coriander leaves

Tastes best when taken with hot rice.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2- 4 pieces of fish ( mainly rohu)
    • 3 bunch of coriander (dhania) leaves
    • 1 large tomato
    • 4-5 cloves
    • 3-4 green chillies
    • salt to taste
    • mustard oil to deep fry
    • 1 tsp of lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Firstly marinate the fishes with salt and haldi powder for 15 min.
    2. Then put oil in a wok and fry the fishes
    3. Now make a paste of coriander leaves ,2 green chillies and 4-5 cloves.
    4. In another wok put little bit of oil and the tomatoes and fry it.
    5. after a min. put the whole paste add fry it for another min.
    6. put the fish into it and add little bit of water and boil it for 3 to 5 min.
    7. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and serve.
