My daughter loves it. Its very yummy and easy to make

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 boiled potatoes
    • 1 cup palak
    • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
    • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
    • 1/2 cup grated paneer
    • 6-7 cloves of garlic
    • 1 inch of ginger
    • 3-4 green chillies
    • 1 tsp of lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp of garam masala
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • salt to taste
    • 3 tbsp rava(sooji)
    • Oil for deep frying

    Directions

    1. Grind palak,coriander leaves,ginger,garlic,green chillies and make a fine paste without adding water
    2. In a bowl Mash boiled potatoes and green peas
    3. Add Paneer,Palak paste ,salt,garam masala,lemon juice and bread crumbs to it
    4. Make balls . If you think balls can break add more bread crumbs
    5. Dip both sides of each ball into rava to form a coating over it
    6. Now you deep fry the balls
    7. You can make kababs in oven too
    8. Preheat the oven at 400F and place the balls into it for 15-20 min
    9. Serve with tomato sauce or schezwan sauce
