Dhania Paneer

spicy paneer for winters

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 150gms of fried paneer.
    • 500 gms of dhania leaves
    • 2 tomatoes.
    • 2 tbsp of garam masala.
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 2 chopped onions
    • 1/4th pod of garlic, ginger chopped.
    • 3 green chillies, chopped

    Directions

    1. Take dhania leaves and chopped tomato pieces.Grind both.
    2. Make a batter of cornflour and maida .Dip paneer pieces in the batter and deep fry it
    3. heat oil in a kadhai.fry chopeed onions,ginger,garlic ,green chillies in the oil.Fry till  onions turn pinkish.Now add to this the paste of dhania and tomatoes.Simmer the gas.Add salt and sugar.Cook for 6 minutes on low heat.Add water and bring to boil. Add fried paneer pieces.Finally add some garama masala  before serving it hot.
