Kasoori Onion Balls

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup Besan
    • 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala
    • 2 small onions (chopped)
    • 3 tbsp kasoori methi
    • 1/4 tsp thymol seeds
    • pinch of soda bi-carb
    • salt to taste
    • Oil to fry
    • Water (if required - very little - just to sprinkle)

    Directions

    1. Sieve besan in a bowl
    2. Add spices, salt, onions & kasoori methi
    3. Mix well.
    4. Finally add soda bi-carb & blend well to form a semi sift dough
    5. Roll out into small balls & shallow fry till golden brown
    6. Serve with Chutney or Ketchup.
