Soybean delight

a very healthy and nutrious dish

its very tasty and both veg and non vegetarian people will love it

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 cups soya chunks
    • 2 onions chopped
    • 2 tomatoes chopped
    • 5-6 tbsps grated coconut powder
    • 1 capsicum chopped
    • 1 tbsp garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp ginger paste
    • 2 tsps cumin seeds
    • 2 tbsp dhania powder
    • 1 tbsp chilli powder
    • 5-6 curry leaves
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tsps garam masala powder
    • 4 tbsps oil
    • 5-6 tbsp fresh cream


    1. First boil water adding 1 tbsp salt. add soya chunks and boil for around 5-8 mins and keep aside straining water.
    2. Then in a pan heat oil add cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste one after other
    3. Add chopped onions. Fry til golden brown
    4. Add chopped tomatoes
    5. Add salt
    6. Then add the chopped capscicum. Fry for 2-3 mins
    7. Then add the soya chunks mix well
    8. Then add the grated coconut powder
    9. Add chilli powder, dhania powder
    10. Add fresh cream and mix well
    11. Add garam masala powder
    12. Then add the curry leaves
    13. Sprinkle little water over it and close the pan for 2-3 mins
    14. Then serve hot. it can be taken with rice or roti
