Sapghetti Sauce

Vegetarian but great to taste

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    250 gms Tomato puree 3 Onions (medium) 2 Green Capsicum (medium ) 2 tsp Garlic paste 2 tsp Butter Chilly powder to taste Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Heat butter in a deep non-stick pan, add garlic paste fry for a minute then add onion.
    2. Fry till the onion turns slighly browen, add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes
    3. Add the tomato puree, fry for 4 minutes, then add the 6-8 cups of water, chilly powder & salt to taste and allow it to boil at low flame until it reduces to half or as thick as you desire.
    4. Serve it on top of the boiled Sapghetti.

    will maggi tomato sauce work instead of tomato puree

    great preperation,kids will love it.pl.do sujjest some other option for tomato puree.
