This recipe takes about 30 minutes for preparation and doesn't require any hardwork!

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 4 cups milk powder
    • 2 cups sugar Water
    • as required Almond or pista chopped Vark
    • 2 tsp cardamom powder

    Directions

    1. Add convenient quantity of water, with milk powder to make a firm and soft dough. Cool in the fridge for about 20 mins.
    2. Then grate the dough. Now make sugar syrup with a little water to a wire like consistency.
    3. Add the grated dough and don't stir.Just shake the vessel at low flame.
    4. Add the cardamom powder. Switch of the gas.
    5. Let it cool. Garnish with nuts and decorate with vark. Cool and cut into pieces.
