Cabbage pakoda

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1/2 kg cabbage
    • 1 onion
    • ½ cup besan powder
    • ½ cup rice powder
    • curry leaves
    • ¼ haldi powder
    • 2 to 4 green chilies
    • salt for taste
    • oil for fry


    1. Cut cabbage into small pieces, wash and drain
    2. Mix copped onion, chilles, haldi powder salt with cabbage
    3. Add all the mix with besan powder and rice powder, and add some boiled oil over it for best result
    4. Heat kadai and add oil for deep fry.
    5. When the oil get heated, roll the mix into small balls and drop into oil. 
    6. Deep fry till it become golden brown and serve hot
