Its a herb with medicinal propertiesIts is stress buster and relieves anxiety if taken 2-3 times a week


  • A bunch of Brahmi leaves finely chopped
  • a tsp of cumin seeds
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2-3 black pepper
  • 1tsp of oil
  • 3 tsp of grated coconut
  • 1cup curds
  • salt to taste


  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Fry  Brahmi leaves, cumin seeds, green chillies, black pepper for 3-4 minutes
  3. Grind with coconut
  4. Add to curds and salt to taste
  5. Serve, very healty, relieves anxiety,

Nice recipe Anuradha Thank U . This Brahmi is rich in Antioxidants. It's a tonic for the brain . Improves blood flow to the brain . Enhances Concentration ,Boosts mental energy and cognitive clarity . This is called as Vallarai keerai in Tamil , Ondelaga in Kannada and Centella in English .Brahmi leaves to be consumed by kids only once a week as it has side effects.
