nice one when u r tired of eating same old masale wali sabjiyaan try something sweet. i remember eating as side dish in navaratri bhog

Ingredients


  • 8 big red tomatoes 
  • 3 big green chilles
  • 1/2 tsp chillie powder
  • 3 big spoon of til ka powder
  • methi ke daane, red chillies, chana dal for preparation of powder
  • 1tsp of sugar
  • half a cup of khajoor
  • curry leaves
  • ginger
  • oil
  • salt
  • sarson

Directions

  1. preparation of powder - take methi k daane not more nor less in propotion of 1/4 of chana dal and chana dal and red chillies fry it in a pan without oil. make it sure it is less in quantity as u need only one spoon of it
  2. now chop all tomatoes n chillies n ginger 
  3. now take a kadhai add oil 
  4. take the curry leaves and sarson add into oil now add the chopped tomatoes , chillies, ginger  and khazoor . lid it up and cook it in sim make sure u don't add water
  5. open up lid after 2 min add sugar, salt and chillie powder . Add the powder prepared above and gingely seed powder . lid it again for one min
  6. now add half a glass of water if in case u want it thick don't add water . mmm mouth watering just go for it

Nice recipe. can you tell me what is til ka powder? I know what is till but never heard of till ka powder. I will definetely try this recipe. thanks
