my own recipe of mawa made at home very easy and delicious u all will just love it belive me try this recipe.

Ingredients


  • 4 cups full cream milk powder
  • evaporated milk half tin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cardamons crushed
  • half cup water
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

  1. first mix full cream milk powder and evaporated milk slowly and make a dough and keep it in the freezer for half an hr. take out and grate it and keep aside. khoya is ready.
  2. now take a pan add sugar and water mix it on slow fire now add cardamons and butter.
  3. now add khoya mix it for 2 seconds off the gas .
  4. now take a small baking pan grease it with little butter and put the mixture in this and cover it with the foil. 
  5. now on the oven 150 dgr and keep the pan for 25 to 30 minutes till light brown .
  6. put off the oven and leave to cool .
  7. when cool cut into pieces and serve it mawa is ready.
