Kashmiri Chicken

Ingredients


  • 1.5 Kg Chicken(Skinless)
  • 250 ml Yogurt
  • 3 Large Onions(Finely Sliced)
  • 10 Peppercorns
  • 10 Cardamoms
  • 2" Cinnamon Stick
  • 2" Ginger(Finely Chopped)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves(Finely Chopped)
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt - to taste
  • 3 tsp Ghee

Directions

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan.
  2. Add Onions, Peppercorns, Cardamoms, Cinnamon and sauthe until the onions are golden brown.
  3. Add Ginger, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Paprika, Salt and fry it for 2mins.
  4. Add the Chicken pieces and fry until browned.
  5. Gradually add Yogurt and stir it.
  6. Cover it with a lid and cook it for 30mins.

Hello, I liked all your recipes because your masalas are in moderation and to get the real taste of food that is what you need. some people think putting all the 1001 masalas make the food yummier actually it just destroys the real taste. Thank you.
