Lauki roll

Tea Time snacks, serve with tomato sause and cup of tea.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup  lauki grated
    • 1/2 cup  atta
    • 1/2 cup  besan
    • 1 tsp  ginger chilly paste
    • 1 tsp  lemon juice
    • 1/2tsp turmeric
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • salt as to taste
    • 1 tbsp coriander powder
    • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp seesame seeds(til)
    • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves


    1. Press lauki between hand to remove excess water.
    2. Mix all the remaining ingredients and shape into rolls.
    3. Grease a baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes or also u can dip fry as your wish.



    mariya i always use this method for making lauki kofta with gravy but to prepare in the roll form is indeed unique and tastywith chutney thank you
