Ridgegourd Chutney

This chutney goes well with Chappati, Dosa and even during lunch

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 1 cup Ridgegourd skin
    • 1 cup grated coconut
    • 3-4 Red/Green Chilly
    • 1 tsp oil
    • ¼ tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
    • ½ tsp Coriander seeds
    • 1 Marble size tamrind
    • Salt


    1. Fry Cumin,Coriander seeds and red chilly
    2. Grind fried items with coconut, tamarind, ridge gourd skin in coarse paste (Do not add too much of water)
    3. Mix salt as per your taste



    Fry Cumin,Coriander seeds and red chilly. Other for Ridgegourd is Tori/Turaii
