- Wash poha and drain the water. Don't have to soak for more than 3-4 minutes.
- Heat kadai, add water, jaggery and elaichi. Keep thick syrup of 2 string (getti paagu) & more bubbles comes out.switch off the gas.
- Add this to the poha and mix well.Poha shd be seperated.one poha and another one shd not be sticked.
- Add coconut, pacha karpooram and mix well.
- Heat ghee and fry cashew nuts and mix it to the sweetened poha.
Note:if u want to add raisins can do it when frying cashew nuts.
