Raw Banana Cutlet

Quick Dish with less oil

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 Raw Banana
    • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
    • 1 small cup Curd
    • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
    • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
    • 1/2 tbsp Salt
    • 2 - 3 tbsp Oil


    1. Cut the raw banana as diamonds (not as round - cut vertically on the side)
    2. Make  small cuts in between without breaking the pieces.
    3. Mix curd, corn flour, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
    4. Dip and spread the mix on the cut raw banana pieces. Let it soak for 30 minutes
    5. In a pan - pour little oil, once heated - place the saoked pieces (2 or 3 at a time)
    6. Close a lid - after some time - turn it over.
    7. Serve with tomato sauce

    Keep pouring oil if required for the rest of the pieces as its placed on the pan.
