coconut balls

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • coconut -1 cup (grated)
    • bread slices -3-4
    • lemon juice-1/2 tbsp
    • salt to taste
    • pinch of pepper
    • green chilly-1 finely chopped
    • oil for deep frying

    Directions

    1. Take the grated coconut and crush the bread slices in a bowl.
    2. Now add lemon juice,green chillies,salt , pepper and mix them well to  make a dough.
    3. Make small balls of the dough and deep fry them.
    4. Serve with chutney and tomato ketchup.
