Spicy Rajma

Fast recipe reqiuring very less preparation.

Have it with chapati or Jeera rice.Good source of Calcium.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

Directions

  1. Soak Rajma overnight. Pressure cook it along with some salt.
  2. After one whistle keep it for atleast 10-15 mins on low flame.
  3. For masala crush Dhania, jeera, Dalchini, Aala, Lasun, red mirchi.
  4. Heat oil and fry masala for few seconds. Fry onion and tomato. Cook it well. Add all this in a mixi for a gravy. Crush it well.
  5. In a pan add cooked rajama, gravy and salt to taste. If it is too spicy add one table spoon of cream.
  6. Add lemon juice, coriander leaves while serving.
  7. Delicious Rajma is ready to serve.
