Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

  • soybean wadi (balls shape) you can get in the indian market. one small bowl wadi
  • one small boiled potato
  • 4 green chillies
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • chopped ginger
  • 1 half glass of water
  • fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. First boil the wadi and keep aside
  2. Take a deep pan and add oil, diced potatoes, cumin, green chilles chopped and ginger, mix well for 1 min then add the spices with that the soya wadi mix well
  3. Heat and then add 1 in half glass water and keep it cover with a lid ,cook on medium heat for 5 min until there is the gravy
  4. When done add chopped Cilantro (coriander leaves).
  5. Serve with roti.enjoy!
