Naan Roll

spicy rolls filled with potatos

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 1 naan, that are available in the mkt
    • 2 potatos, bolied
    • 2 3 green chilies
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 cup fresh coriander


    1. Add coriander leaves and green chilies in garinder and make a fine paste useing some water
    2. Adjust salt to taste
    3. Mash potatos well, you can add a little salt if needed
    4. Heat 1 tsp oil on griddle or in a non-sticky pan
    5. Put naan on griddle and warm it from both sides
    6. Now paste a serving spoon of potatos on naan, spread it all over, now paste 1 tbsp of coriander chatny over it
    7. Spread it and put on griddle again and warm then roll it wrap with paper and put in oven heat for few seconds in microwave  
    8. Serve with chatny
    9. You can make it more spicy by increasing green chilies
