In a pressure cooker, boil chicken adding garlic-ginger-green chilli paste, salt & water. Bring 1 whilte.
In a pan take half of butter, add finely chopped onions & fry till golden brown. Take out the fried onions.
In a mixture grinder, put the remaining butter, cream(malai), mava, tomato sauce, fried onions, chopped tomatoes & chicken stock (if needed). Grind all to make fine paste.
Take the pan in (which we fried onions), add cumin seeds, cloves, cardmom, cinnamom stick, whole blackpepper, redchillipowder, corinder powder, turmeric powder, salt & cook on a low flame. Add the paste in it & cook till it gives out oil.
Till that time add 1 drop of red food colour in water & add to the dish.After that put the boiled chicken pieces & cook for 5 min.
