Cauliflower Kheer

A very easy to make dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup Cauliflower(Grated)
4 cups Milk(Whole)
¾ cup Sugar
5 nos. Cardamom

Directions

  1. Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and reduce it to 3/4 of its volume.
  2. Add sugar and boil it for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cauliflower and keep in on low flame for 5 minutes and then allow it to boil.
  4. Remove from heat and add the cardamon powder.

I have never ever heard of cauliflower kheer...Will it taste good???

hi anu, i love trying new recipes..but do we have to use the stems of the cauliflower or only the flowers & 1 more thing do we have to fine chop it or add the flowers like that only. clear it little.thanks.
