Fish Fingers

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1/2 kg fish fillets
    • 2 tbsps soya sauce
    • 2 tsps red chilly paste
    • Ajinomoto
    • oil for deep frying
    • salt
    • 2 tbsps white vinegar
    • 2 tsps garlic paste
    • 4 tbsps corn flour


    1. Wash fish fillets and marinate with little salt and vinegar for 1 hours.
    2. Wash again and cut in thick fingers, add soya, red chilly paste, ajinomoto, garlic and corn flour (don't mix corn flour with water). Mix well and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    3. Fry in hot oil untl  crispy.
    4. Serve hot with sauce of your choice. Szechuan sauce goes very well with it.
