Hajari Kababs

Eat with naan or roti.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

  • ½ lb Chicken, boneless
  • ½ cup Raw Cream
  • ½ cup Yoghurt
  • ½ tsp All spice powder
  • 10 nos. Cashews
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom, powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper, powder
  • 1 pinch Black Salt

½ tsp chaat masala salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together and marinate for 2-3 hours.
  2. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and grill in hot oven (450 °F) for about 10 minutes.
  3. Baste with melted butter if the chicken is too dry and grill again for couple of minutes.
  4. Serve two skewers on a plate with diced onions and a piece of lemon.

hi yusuf......I had a question abt the cashewss......do I grind dem n mix it wid the marinate or put like whole cashewss ???
