Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

• 3/4 cup Maida
• ½ cup Caster sugar
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• Juice of half orange
• 1 tsp Orange zest
• 2 Eggs
• 6 tbsp Vegetable oil-
• 1 tsp Orange essence (optional)
  

Directions

1. Take a medium bowl, beat the eggs with an electric beater until fluffy.
2. Continue beating the eggs, add sugar and orange zest, beat well to soft peaks and fold orange juice into it.
3. In a separate bowl. Combine maida and baking powder. Mix well.
4. Finally fold this into beaten eggs, and add oil and incorporate it well.
5. Grease a little oil on baking tray and bake for 15-20 min on 180 degree.
