Iced Cake (variation)

Cake for young kids

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • 75 gms of drinking chocolate
    • 25 gms of cocoa
    • 1 egg (non-veg) / 1 cup of milk (veg.)
    • 75 gms. of butter
    • 100 gms. castor sugar
    • 10 biscuits of marie (broken)
    • 1/2 cup walnuts and raisins


    1. Mix butter with sugar.Add egg or milk to it. Add cocoa and drinking chocolate. Mix all these well.
    2. Add biscuits pieces and dry fruits. Mix once again.
    3. Grease a vessel with little butter. Add the above mixture in the vessel.
    4. Close the lid and keep it in the freezer for 4-5 hrs.
    5. The iced cake is ready to serve.
