Mughlian Sweets...very famous in Pakistan...Specially in Eid-ul-Fitar...Hope you will enjoy it.

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 Pkt Vermicelli (Seviyan)
    • 1 Kg Fresh milk (Full Cream Milk)
    • Sugar to Taste
    • 5-6 green cardamom (Chhoti Elaichi) seeds
    • ¼ cup chopped pistachios
    • ½ cup chopped dried coconut
    • ½ cup chopped almond (Badam)
    • ¼ cup raisins (Kishmish)
    • ¼ cup chopped dried dates
    • 1 tsp. Khewdra essence

    Directions

    1. Wash the dry fruit and soak in a little milk for 3-4 hours.
    2. Add milk, sugar and ilaichi seeds in a pot.
    3. let it be cook on low heat until it starts to thicken.
    4. Add the vermicelli and keep cooking till it softens.
    5. Add the presoaks dry fruit and cook for 5 minutes and just before removing from heat add the Khewdra essence.
    6. Can be served hot or chilled.

    Thank you Ritika...1 pkt of Vermicelli = 250 gm.....and sugar 5 - 6 Tbsp.(or u can put sugar first in Milk and can taste, according to your taste)

    looks yummy.can u specify the exact qty of vermicili and sugar .
