Kiwi-Banana Drink

Cool drink with a touch of Yogurt

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 Kiwi fruits
    • 1/2 cup Orange juice
    • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt (Curd)
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • 1/2 cup Crushed Ice cubes

    Directions

    1. Cut the Kiwi fruit into pieces.
    2. Blend Kiwi fruit with Orange juice & Yogurt.
    3. Add Sugar & blend again. Remove to a Serving glass. Add crushed Ice & serve.

    Hi ! Mrs. Hariprasad , Wonderful Healthy Drink . Thank U . Kiwi is considered as one of the world's most nutritious fruits . Kiwi contains high amount of Vitamin C . (more than Oranges ) Potassium as much as Bananas and Fiber more than an apple and a good amount of beta -Carotene. High in Folate and Vitamin K . Kiwi improves condition of asthmatic children . The more Kiwi or citrus fruits the child consumes the less likely they were to have Respiratory related health problems including wheezing , Shortness of breath or night cough .

    Oops! Sorry missed out.. :( I was consoling my baby at that time. Add 1 banana with the Kiwi fruit while juicing it. Thank u rabz noticing it.
