Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

  • 8 potatoes
  • 1/4 gms hari mirchi paste
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt according to taste
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • 3 hari mirchi chopped


  1. Cut the potatoes in pieces and boil them.
  2. In a pan fry the onions till light golden brown add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,hari mirchi paste. cook for 5 minutes
  3. Add the boiled potatoes in the mixture cook for 2 mins then add chopped coriander leaves and hari mirchi cover the pan for 3 mins.
  4. Serve hot with chapatis.
