Tomato Dosa

A different one from regular dosa

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 3 cup raw rice (preferably half boiled rice)
    • 5 large tomato
    • 20-25 red chillies
    • A pinch of Hing
    • Crystal Salt
    • 2 medium size onions

     

    Directions

    1. Soak the rice for 3-4 hours.
    2. Now gring the rice,tomato and chillies to a fine paste.
    3. Once the mixture well grinded add crystal salt and grind for 5 mins.
    4. Take the batter in a bowl and add chopped onions to it.
    5. Now you can make yummy Dosa's.

    Note: The batter must be lighter than usual Dosa batter.
