Fiddlerhead Ferns

This veggie may only be found in the US and Europe, but it is a delicious green that will liven up any meal.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 lb. of Fiddlehead Ferns
    • Crushed/chopped garlic
    • Salt
    • Red Chili Powder
    • Oil


    1. Wash and cut off the ends of the fiddlehead ferns
    2. Crush and chop garlic
    3. Heat oil in pan
    4. Add garlic and let it saute until soft
    5. Add fiddlehead ferns
    6. Add salt and chili powder (to you're own personal taste)
    7. Cook ferns until tender
    8. Serve with rice, roti or eat plain
    9. ENJOY!
