Green Lassi

Cool Lassi for hot summers.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cups Yogurt (Curd)
    • ½ cup Water 
    • ¼ cup Coriander leaves (Cilantro)
    • ¼ cup Mint Leaves
    • ¼ cup chopped Raw Mango(optional)
    • 1 Green Chilli
    • 1 tsp chopped Ginger
    • 1 tsp Cumin powder (jeera)
    • ¼ tsp Black Salt
    • ½ tsp Sugar 
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Grind Mint, Coriander, Green chilli, Ginger & Raw mango to a fine paste.
    2. Add Yogurt, Water, Cumin powder, black salt, Sugar, Salt & ice cubes to the blender. Run for 30 secs.
    3. Serve chilled.
    4. Note : adjust water according to your choice of consistency.
