Kesar Pulao

Its simple to amke and is Delicious

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 cup basmati rice
    • 1 cup green peas
    • 1 piece of Dal Chini
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 2 Big Elaichi
    • 4 cardamoms
    • 4 cups of water
    • 2 tsp ghee
    • 1/2 tsp kesar
    • 2 tsp warm water
    • 1 onion sliced
    • 1 tsp zeera
    • 2 tsp salt

    Directions

    1. Soak the kesar in water.
    2. Wash the rice and soak the rice in water
    3. In a pressure cooker heat ghee and fry the onions till light brown and take it out on a plate
    4. Then in this hot ghee mix all the ingrediants.
    5. then after this put green peas and then rice and the fried onions. put the Kesar also.
    6. Put two cups of water and pressure cook till one whistle.
    7. your kesar pulao is ready
    8. serve hot.
