Cut each drumstick in 3 or 4 parts wash and keep aside.
Make a thin paste of besan by adding 2 cup water in 1 cup besan.
Heat a kadai add finely chopped garlic,onion and stir fry until oil get seperated from onion.then add red chilli powder,garam masala,drumstick and little water and cook for 8-10 min on medium flame. When drumstick cooked then add besan,salt as per taste and sugar and stir it until besan cook and became thick. (thick as curry or dosa consistency)
