Instant dosa which can be made anytime

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup Rice Flour
    • 1 cup Besan (gram flour)
    • 1 Onion (chopped)
    • a pinch of Hing(Asafoetida)
    • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
    • ½ tsp Ginger paste
    • 2 tbsp Coriander (cilantro)
    • 3 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
    • 1 cup Curd (Yogurt)
    • 2 tsp Vegetable oil or ghee
    •  Salt to taste

    Directions

     1. Mix all the ingredients together with curd & water to dosa batter consistency.
     2. Heat kadai & make dosa with oil or ghee just like regular dosa.
     3. Serve hot with coconut chutney, tomato sauce or pudina chutney.
