Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings


    • 2 cup green chillies (any variety)
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 Tsp sugar
    • Oil
    • 1/3 cup Vinegar
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Combine and grind the chillies, garlic in a food processor
    2. Heat oil , add the grinded mixture
    3. Add the vinegar, sugar, salt
    4. Cook until all moisture is absorbed
    5. Remove from stove
    6. Cool and bottle
