Dry fish chutney

very tasty n spicy chutney, a recipe from the north east,easy to make n ready in just minute

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 dry Fish (cleaned n dry roasted)
    • 3 tomatoes boiled n peeled
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • 2 onions thinly sliced n separated
    • A bunch of coriander chopped finely
    • Green chilly as per taste
    • Salt per taste

    Directions

    1. Grind together boiled tomato, green chilly, garlic along with salt.
    2. Now in a bowl make thin slices of the dry fish, add the paste of tomato, mix well.
    3. Now add the sliced onion n coriander leaves.
    4. Mix everything well together n serve with rice or roti.
