Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
1 bowl Rice, soaked in water
50 gms Besan
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Onion Sliced
1 Potato (Diced)
100 gms Green Peas
100 gms Cauliflower
4 Green Chillies Chopped
3 tsp Tamarind Paste
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Red Chill powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
Pinch Of Asafoetida
4-5 Cuury Leaves
Green Coriander for Garnishing
3 Bowls water
Directions
Heat oil in a Pressure Cooker, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and mustard seeds, saute for a while
now add onion and ginger garlic paste saute for a while now add ginger garlic paste.
Add all vegetables and chillies fried for 2 mins.
Now add Turmeric and red chilli pdr mix well, now add soaked rice, tamarind paste and water, cover with lid and cook for 1 Whistles.
Serve hot Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
