Aate ke laddu

very tasty and healthy laddu. Good for people having back pain and joint pains.

Ingredients vegetarian 8 servings


    1) 3 bowl wheat flour 2) 1 cup gond that is called as dink also in marathi. 3) 1 cup of dryfruits like kaju badam pista. 4) 2 cup ghee 5) 1 and half cup jaggery. 6) 1 cup water. 7) 1 tsp methi seed powder. (fenugreek) 8) 1 tbsp sont powder that is dry ginger powder.

    Directions

    1)chop dry fruits. 2)crushed the gond and keep aside. 3) take ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits. Remove in a dry plate. 4)now fry gond it will glow like shiny and increasin in size become crispy also. Mix with dry fruit. 5)now heat the flour putting ghee in that it should become golden brown and nice aroma should come. 6) add sont and methi powder to the flour. 7) in another pan heat jaggery and water until jaggery is dissolve. 8) mix jaggery water with all the other ingredient well. 9) mix well and make round laddu of it and store in a air tight container.
