It's smelling good. It's in the oven now. I sprayed the baking dish with olive oil and sprinked the spices onto the vegetables then I stirred it around and sprayed again. I'm trying to limit my oil and butter consumption.
To Myask: I have thyroid disfunction corrected with replacement hormones. I have no problems eating these vegetables as long as my numbers are stable.
