Dam Ka Keema.

Very tasty.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

  • ½ kg Minced Meat
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 nos. Onion, small
  • ¾ cup Curd
  • 3 nos. Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • ¾ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves

Allspices (garam masala powder) ; 1tsp ,coal ; 1piece for dam

Directions

  1. Marinate keema with yougurt , ginger garlic paste , red chillipowder , salt and allspices (garam masala) 1/2 tsp.
  2. Now keep this marination for 2 hours , then fry onions then add keema in it add few water then cover it for a while .
  3. When keema becomes dry add 1/2 tsp of garam masala, green chillies and corriander leaves , now give dam by hot coal.
  4. Serve it hot.
