After melting butter into ghee,at the end brown crumbs settle down.Out of it this ladoo is made.Grandma recipe. Yummy

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

  • Left over brown crumbs of ghee
  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 15 Cashew Nut
  • 15 Badam(Almonds)
  • 20  Ground nut
  • 20 Raisins
  • 1 tbsp Ding
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Elaichi (cardamom) powder
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Coconut fresh or copra

Directions

  1. Preheat the pan and add Badam and dry roast and add Cashew nuts,roast for 2 min.Then add Ground nuts & clove & roast for another 2 minutes.
  2. In a mixer,Grind them in coarse powder form.
  3. Dry roast Ding. It becomes white big bubbles and crispy.Then grind this separately.
  4. Grind sugar into powder in a mixer or can use Piti sakar or Powdered sugar.
  5. In the Left over brown crumbs of ghee add 1 cup wheat flour and fry with coconut till the raw smell of wheat flour goes.switch off the gas.
  6. Add the ground powders(badam, cashew, groundnut, clove), elaichi powder, powdered sugar & powdered ding with roasted wheat flour.Mix well.
  7. Heat 2 tsp Ghee & fry raisins and put in on the top of the mixture.
  8. Mix well and shape into lemon sized balls.
  9. Ladoo is ready.
Note: Please add sugar as per the sweetness
