hi readers ,this recipe for those who enjoy eggs but now you can enjoy with roti with some gravy.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 onion
    • 1 tomatoes
    • 2-3 green chilles
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 ts- red chilli powder
    • half inch of ginger
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1 glass of water
    • fresh cilantro
    • 4 boiled eggs
    • 2 tsp oil 

    Directions

    1. first take onion, tomatoe, green chillis, garlic, ginger blend together in a blender
    2. then take a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds mix well then add the ingredients blend
    3. After that put your spices listed, mix well and cook for 6 min until it leaves oil
    4. lastly add 1 glass of water mix well cook for 4 min. When starts to get even with the masala lower heat add the eggs , stop the heat add fresh cilantro (coriander leaves) and serve. enjoy!
