sprouted biryani

This biryani is very easy to make and it contains all the pulses. Also it can be made from the misal or mix pulses which are already prepared.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2 kg sprouted pulses (moong, matki, chana, rajma, masoor, chawli, beans (val).
    • 1/4 kg rice two onion,
    • 2 tomatoes,
    • 7 - 8 flakes garlic,
    • 2 tsp oil & 2 spoon ghee,
    • garam masala,
    • birayni masala,
    • salt,
    • green chili and ginger paste.



    1. In pressure cooker, put oil and ghee. when hot put chopped onions
    2. when it becomes brown put chopped tomatoes, garlic paste, green chilli ginger paste, all the above masalas.
    3. wash the sprouted pulses put in the cooker then wash the rice and put in the cooker
    4. add water and do 2 to 3 whistle on medium fire
